The property features conservatory with log burner, comfy seating and dining leading to fully equipped kitchen  and range cooker.  Living room features log burner, comfy seating and 52" Smart TV/Sky and WiFi.  Sleeping offers 2x King room, 1 with ensuite and double-ended jacuzzi bath, 2x double, 1 with mezzanine single, 1x single and 1x bunk-bed room.  Outside includes private hot tub, enclosed garden, grass, patio, BBQ and outdoor dining.

There is also use of the children's play area, games room featuring pool table, table tennis, darts and log burner and fishing ponds just a short walk up the lane.  

Linen and towels are provided and there is 24 hour access to laundry facilities.

Arrival is from 3pm and departure from 10am.

Cot/stairgate/high-chair are available on request.
